All items in the Dark Stars Collection and Emblem Series are produced on demand.
This ensures a more intentional, sustainable process, but it also means shipping times may vary slightly.

Processing Time

• Production begins once your order is placed.
• Most items are created and prepared for shipment within 3–7 business days.
• During high-volume periods, production may take a little longer.

Shipping Times

• Domestic (US): 5–10 business days after production
• International: 10–20 business days after production
• Shipping times may vary depending on destination and carrier.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided as soon as your order is shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier rates.

Address Issues

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
Orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses cannot be replaced or refunded unless the carrier returns them to us.
